Master Hunter Hudson

“Hudson”Bayou-Star Little Bear – QAA, MH,

Hudson is one of the newest members of the TDR team but WOW does he fit in fantastically. Hudson is an extremely personable dog, super social with both people and other dogs, and Mr. Popular around our kennel. Hudson has a dynamite desire to please; regardless if it’s while working in the field or just hanging out with our family.

As you can assume by the titles Hudson has earned, he is a very driven, focused, hardworking, intelligent and athletic dog. Hudson has tons of natural talent. Hudson is a titled Master Hunter, Qualified All Age (field trials) and has a Working Certificate of Excellence. That being said, Hudson is a great house dog. He stays mellow, obedient, under control and wants time with his family more than all. This dog is truly the perfect combination of both sides of the Labrador Retriever world. Hudson has a medium yellow coat, and has a working weight of 78 lbs.

Hudson’s pedigree demonstrates how thoughtfully he was bred. It also gives a brief peek into how much his ancestors have accomplished. Hudson’s sire and dam are FC AFC Small Craft Advisory X FC AFC Bayou-Star Beyond Independence. There were six pups in their litter, four became field trial champs too. Hudson’s sire Rough has sired 60+ titled hunting dogs to date.
